Giving The local church functions best as a body, or team of people working together to support one another and to achieve a set of common goals. Woodseats Baptist Church is self-supporting and relies on God to provide for its needs. We actively encourage everyone to play a part in the life of the church. Each person is asked to prayerfully consider their responsibility in giving to the church according to their means. This includes financial giving as well as the use of our time and talent in both the church and the community.  The church also supports individuals and organisations in the UK and overseas who are engaged in mission as well as helping those in need.
