Leadership The concept of teamwork which we have adopted at the church is not only thoroughly biblical, it’s also sensible and practical as it gives everyone the opportunity to develop their gifts and skills. Everyone is needed. The church leadership comprises a core team of 5 people with an additional 4 people on the wider leadership group. All the leaders are voluntary apart from Paul, who is the full time pastor.
